说明： ER316 焊丝主要成分是18Cr-12Ni-2Mo。配用SJ601不锈钢碱性烧结焊剂，

其焊缝金属具有良好 的力学性能和抗晶间腐蚀性能，焊缝抗裂性良好；具有不增C，

且Cr、Ni烧损小等特点。因合金含量高，耐腐蚀性能优良。

用途： 长应用于石油化工、化肥、尿素生产或储存设备，如06Cr17Ni12Mo2（SUS316）等材料的焊接。

Instructions:  The ER 316 welding stick consists mainly of 18Cr-12Ni-2Mo.

It coordinates with the stainless steel alkaline sintered flux SJ601 .It’s welding line

 metal has good mechanical properties and resistance ability to intergranular corrosion and crack.

 It would not increase Si or C and would burn little Cr and Ni. Due to a low content of carbon,

 it has excellent inoxidability.

Use:  It’s usually used to weld materials in petrochemical industry and production and storge facilities

 of fertilizer or urea, such as 06Cr17Ni12Mo2 (SUS316).
