The ER309 welding stick consists mainly of 22Cr-12Ni. It coordinates with the stainless steel alkaline sintered flux SJ601.It’s welding line metal has

 good mechanical properties and resistance ability to intergranular corrosion and crack .It would 

not increase Si or C and would burn little Cr and Ni. Due to a high content of alloy ,it has 

good high thermal resistance ability.
